With over twenty-five years of experience, REDC’s leadership has coordinated technical teams and delivered complex studies across all phases of the project lifecycle—from pre-feasibility and feasibility assessments to implementation and ex-post evaluation. This experience includes leading multinational and multidisciplinary teams in real estate development, strategic planning, and sustainable urban regeneration projects.

For more than twenty years, senior roles have been held as Project Coordinator, Program Manager, and Project Manager on real estate development, regional planning, and urban regeneration projects across Turkey, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, CIS countries, Eastern Europe, West Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities have encompassed the conception and implementation of master plans, land-use plans, and regional development strategies for major urban regeneration initiatives, as well as the management of GIS-based analyses and valuation studies supporting sustainable regional development.

 

In addition, extensive experience includes preparing terms of reference for complex studies and strategic plans, and designing and conducting socio-economic analyses to guide evidence-based strategic decision-making.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROJECT

The project “International Urban Regeneration Consultant for Ministry of Urban Development and Housing” falls under UDSP program, covering a geographic area of 6 main cities (Kabul, Herat, Mazar-i Sharif, Khost, Kandahar and Jalal Abad) in Afghanistan.

The Urban Development Support Project will mainly focus on creating an enabling policy framework, enhance urban policy, and strengthen city planning and management.
