Twenty years experience in coordinating technical staff and carrying out complex studies at all phases of the projects from pre-feasibility studies to ex-post evaluation.
As such has participated and then led multinational and multidisciplinary teams within the framework of real estate development, strategic planning and sustainable urban regeneration projects. Of these, 17 years as Project Coordinator/ Program Manager/Project Manager for Real Estate Development, Regional Planning and Urban Regeneration Projects both in Turkey, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, CIS Countries, East Europe, West Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Conceiving, applying master plans, land use plans and regional plans for Urban Regeneration Projects of Turkey’s leading cities. Managing GIS and valuation studies for sustainable regional development projects. Preparing terms of reference for studies and strategic plans. Designing and/or carrying out social-economic studies to orient strategic planning.

The project “International Urban Regeneration Consultant for Ministry of Urban Development and Housing” falls under UDSP program, covering a geographic area of 6 main cities (Kabul, Herat, Mazar-i Sharif, Khost, Kandahar and Jalal Abad) in Afghanistan.
The Urban Development Support Project will mainly focus on creating an enabling policy framework, enhance urban policy, and strengthen city planning and management.
